All competitionwithin each Discipline is divided into a classification system, which is based upon the first score fired in a sanctioned match by a shooter. This establishes an initial classification in that Discipline/Category. Thereafter, any two scores, including re-entry scores, fired by a competitor during any twelve month period which exceeds a score break point in his/her class in that category, will move the shooter to that class, effective at the next match in which he/she competes.
Small Bore (SB) Competition
- Fired @ 25 yards (Chickens), 50 yards (Pigs), 75 yards (Turkeys) and 100 yards (Rams)
- Typical local match is 40 rounds; 10 Chickens, 10 Pigs, 10 Turkeys and 10 Rams
Categories are: Production, Revolver, Standing, Unlimited, Unlimited Any Sight (scope) and Unlimited Standing (scope)
@ 12 O'clock BB Chicken - shot at 50 meters
@ 6 O'clock SB Chicken - shot at 25 yards
@ 9 O'clock FP Chicken - shot at 25 yards
Field Pistol (FP) Competition
FP competition is for any Straight-wall, center fire pistol cases of standard manufacture will be allowed with maximum case length of 1.29 inches, as specified, for that cartridge. Also allowed, the 32-20Win, 25-20Win, lenght of 1.32 inches, 22 Hornet, and the 270 REN. Rimfire ammunition (.22LR and 22WMR) is allowed and must be fired as manufactured.
- Fired @ 25 yards, 50 yards, 75 yards and 100 yards
- All competition is fired from a standing position
- Typical local match is 40 rounds
- Categories are: Production and Production Any Sight (scope)
- Targets are 1/2 the size of Big Bore targets
- typical calibers are: 22Magnum, 357 Magnum, 22 Hornet, 32-20 Win, 41 Mag, 44 Mag, etc.

@ 6 O'clock SB Pig - shot at 50 yards
@ 9 O'clock FP Pig - shot at 50 yards
BB Competition is shoot with any centerfire caliber of the competitors choice; provided his/her ammunition does not damage the targets.
- Fired @ 50 meters (Chickens), 100 meters (Pigs), 150 meters (Turkeys) and 200 meters (Rams)
- Typical local match is 40 rounds
